Bulk communications and third-party delivery services

SMailOS does not provide mass-email delivery from SMailOS hosting infrastructure. Bulk or campaign email may be used only through a third-party provider selected and connected by the customer through an approved external HTTPS API. SMTP, sendmail, PHP mail or another local SMailOS-hosted campaign transport is not permitted. Social publishing is executed only through supported connected social-network accounts and their official platform APIs; the third-party social platform performs the actual publication and distribution.

The customer is solely responsible for recipient-list legality, consent and opt-out requirements, anti-spam and direct-marketing rules, content, account permissions, platform terms, provider limits, fees and third-party policies. Third-party providers may reject, delay, limit, suspend or remove messages, posts or accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMailOS is not responsible for delivery, reputation, blocking, provider suspension, recipient complaints, platform enforcement or consequences caused by the customer's content, lists, provider account or third-party services. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

External bulk email has a hard safety limit of 30 recipient deliveries per workspace per calendar day. One message sent to 30 recipients counts as 30 deliveries.
